This aromatic medicinal smoke bundle can become part of our ritual as a reminder to be gentle to ourselves, others, and the natural world around us.

• Western red cedar greenery (foraged sustainably)

• Natural strings/chords

• Choice of crystals (feel free to bring your own if you’d like)

• Dried flowers or seed pods

• Printed information & resources about gardening with native plants (available for purchase for $8)
